Get information - not ripped off. In 20 years, I have FIXED more remote starters than most installers will ever INSTALL!
With having contracted to dealerships, having fixed countless installations from shops claiming to have visions into your future best buys, and also from your neighbour who knows a guy, I have had countless experiences with products ranging from the old aluminum box Command starts (bought at K-mart), right up to cellular controlled systems.
Manufacturer vehicle warranty? I can explain them to you as well.
Why do I care? Because I am tired of seeing good people ripped off. Money is tight, and the cheapest installation usually is the one that ends up costing the most.

Oh yeah - I still install as well. NO USED REMOTE STARTERS! You wouldn't put 5 year old tires on a new car, would you?
