We are seeking an individual who works well in a team environment and takes pride in customer service. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate for our team should be confident, demonstrates a positive attitude, has the desire to grow and develop skills, all while committed to learning.
Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset. The successful candidate will be required to act as the liaison between the customer and technician, by reviewing required maintenance with customers, using vehicle service history. As a service advisor, you will responsible for:
* Advising customers of necessary or suggested services
* Completing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
* Communicating with the customer throughout the repair process
