An HR Assistant opportunity in a fast-paced environment awaits you within one of Canada's Best Managed Companies at our River City Ford location. This full-time position is best suited for that go-getter with HR experience; education in HR and an administration background.
Responsibilities will include:
- Job adverts Placements;
- Resume screening;
- Candidate interviews and reference calls;
- Employee orientation;
- Employment background reports;
- Employee Record keeping;
- Employee Communication planning (Assists with Exit interviews, Internal Blog & Performance Management)
- Other HR tasks as required.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must, along with a willingness to learn and grow; attention to detail, and passion to excel, above and beyond.
