We are looking for an individual that is passionate about people, very well organized, and is able to lead a small team of sales consultants. Along with performing the regular duties of a Sales Consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving their team towards forecasted sales goals each month. This includes supporting each member of the team and working with them to foster growth and success.
This position required a valid Manitoba Driver's License, and Manitoba Sales Permit. Additionally, we require this candidate to have completed all Level 3 Salesperson skill requirements, or time equivalent experience. Our comprehensive training program will take care of the rest.
